About Extra Space Storage
This Extra Space Storage location on the self-storage side in Austin earns a 4.7 from about 270 Google reviews. The pattern in the feedback is staff. Multiple reviewers name Gordon, Kendra, Jordan and Anthony and describe them as patient and willing to walk through the paperwork. Jordan in particular gets credit for helping a first-timer find a fair rate. Reviewers also describe the building as clean, modern and easy to get around. One person moving a parent's belongings said the facility was cool and spacious when they were unloading heavy furniture. Another mentioned digital gate and door access plus an on-site restroom. Complaints about fees come up, so ask about charges before you sign. Small, medium and large units are available, and the site is wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted but the gate is not open around the clock. For trailer or RV owners, several reviewers say the staff made the rental process smooth.
