About Extra Space Storage
This is an Extra Space Storage location in Atlanta that handles cars and boats along with regular self-storage. The lot is gated, and there are small, medium, and large units depending on how much room you need. It sits in the Extra Space network, so you can reserve online or call ahead. The reviews here lean heavily on the staff. Leon comes up by name again and again, described as patient and quick with straight answers, and one reviewer appreciated that he never pushed an upsell. Toney and Niki get similar mentions for being friendly and clear about how storage works. Someone who parked a car on a Sunday, with the office closed, said the gate code worked and a lock was waiting in the unit. Reviewers also note the property stays clean, and several describe the sign-up as smooth. With 1,532 Google reviews averaging 4.9, the pattern is consistent. The office keeps set hours rather than staying open around the clock.
