About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility on Mansfield Webb Rd near New York Ave in Arlington, and it pulls in customers from Mansfield, Cedar Hill, Kennedale and Duncanville. The site is gated, and renters get 24/7 access. Vehicle storage is one of the options here, along with small, medium and large units. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and Casey's name comes up again and again. People describe him as friendly and quick, and several mention getting through the whole rental in minutes. Others said they felt no pressure to rent and liked the rates. One reviewer said the staff went out of their way to help. Not everyone is happy. One review calls the pricing a bait-and-switch, saying the introductory rate went up after a few months. Another mentions the same thing. Worth reading the rate terms closely before you sign.
