About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self storage side of things runs an indoor facility in Albuquerque, gated, with climate controlled units among the options. Reviews call it clean and quiet, and more than one person mentions it sits in a nice neighborhood. The staff gets most of the attention. Andrew comes up by name over and over, walking people through a tour, setting up accounts, and helping with the app. Victoria gets a nod too for being helpful and professional. Several reviewers talk about how easy renting was and how welcome they felt. On price, opinions split. Some mention affordability and flexible pricing, and one reviewer liked being able to store short term. Others warn that the intro rate went up after the first few months.
