About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of things in Albuquerque holds a 4.8 rating across 1,190 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Polite, courteous, helpful get said over and over, and a few people name Duncan and Amelia directly for walking them through questions without rushing. The units themselves get called clean, and a handful of reviews mention the facility feeling safe. Rentals can be started online, which one reviewer called an awesome online experience, though that same person noted a missing lock and trouble reaching the office by phone before it got sorted. Small, medium and large units are offered. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and the team is described as welcoming people as they walk in. Call or stop by to talk through what you need.
