About Extra Space Storage
On Edith near Osuna, Extra Space Storage runs a self-storage facility that also handles RV and boat parking. It holds a 4.7-star rating from 433 Google reviews, and the staff gets mentioned a lot. Jim Mendoza comes up by name, called professional and patient, walking people through rentals and insurance questions. Reviewers describe the units as clean and the rental process as easy, with some saying they secured a unit and started moving in the same day. Security cameras are noted, and one reviewer mentioned 24-hour access. Size options range from small to large, though exact dimensions aren't listed. Not every review is positive. One person had trouble with online account access and a break-in attempt, and another felt the service had slipped. The majority still point to courteous staff and a well-run facility. Hours are posted, but it's not open 24/7. The office is wheelchair accessible.
