About Diamond Self Storage
Diamond Self Storage sits in Spokane, a short drive from the Spokane International Airport, and rents units for RVs, boats, cars, trucks and household goods. Every unit is on the ground floor with drive-up access, so you pull right up to your door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. The lot is fenced and clean, and you can get to your rig any time, day or night. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sara and Wendy come up by name in several reviews for walking people through the process and answering questions. One renter called the whole thing quick and easy, another said security looked well maintained. Others mention discounts and promotions being worth it. A few people note price increases over time, so read the terms before you sign. The facility also offers climate-controlled units, moving carts and packing supplies if you need them. More than one reviewer described the team as willing to work with whatever situation they were in.
