About DFT Self Storage
DFT Self Storage sits in Decatur, Texas, and offers covered and climate-controlled units. The facility comes up clean and secure in reviews, with one tenant noting the unit even has its own light so you aren't stuck with just the hall lighting. Renting is simple. Several people mention handling the paperwork online, and one reviewer said the website showed what was available before they even called. Staff get kind words too: a friendly voice on the phone, quick help upgrading a unit that turned out too small, and an owner who personally met a tenant after a lock went missing. A few things worth knowing. Nobody is on site during the week, though help is a phone call away. The gravel lot can get puddles after heavy rain, per one reviewer. Rates come up as fair, and small units go fast.

What renters mention
“Good storage unit for climate control. We moved in the rain and it was nice to he able to back up our 26 foot uhaul right up to the awning and let the ramp down under the awning to protect us from the elements.” – Richard B., 5 months ago, on Google
“We have had three units here for almost three years and they are the absolute best to work with. At one point one of our locks was taken and the owner called me and met me out there to make sure nothing was missing.” – Hannah R., a year ago, on Google
“It was really easy to call and rent a unit. The lady I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The website gave me details on what units were available so when I called I already had an idea of what I wanted.” – Tamara J., Edited 3 months ago, on Google
