About Cypress Ellet Mini Storage
This is a local, family-owned storage spot in the Ellet area of Akron. Most units are indoors and temperature controlled, ranging from 5x5 up to 10x29. The ones that aren't temp-controlled sit between two climate-controlled areas, which the owners say gives them some insulation. Reviewers keep coming back to the same things: affordable rates, a secure and well-lit facility, and staff who treat people like family. One tenant of 25 years praised the temperature-controlled unit and the relationship with the owners. Another said the deals beat everything else in the area. A third mentioned a lock box problem that ended in a full refund with no fuss. Access is easy, and the process stays simple. There's no corporate runaround when you need to talk to someone. Appointments outside regular hours can be arranged by phone, and online payments are accepted. Alarm monitoring is in place. One reviewer posted a strongly negative account of a disabled tenant's late fees and lockout charges. That's worth reading alongside the positive ones before you decide.
