About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on W 1st St in Tempe, with covered and outdoor spots for RVs and boats alongside regular storage units. The property is gated and cameras are on site. Climate-controlled options exist for indoor units, though one reviewer said their supposedly climate-controlled hallway unit felt more like an outdoor one. Reviews are mixed. The staff gets praised often, with 19 mentions of accommodating employees, and several people call the pricing affordable. The rental process drew positive notes too. But some reviewers warn about costs that don't show up at booking: a key charge, a mandatory monthly insurance fee, and late fees after a missed payment. Reviewers also reported thefts from stored RVs, including bikes and catalytic converters. It's a gated facility with an office, and it's close to the airport if that matters for your trips. Book online or stop in during office hours, which are posted. Read the fee schedule before you sign.
