About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart on West Tennessee Street is a gated self-storage facility with cameras on site and climate-controlled units among the options. Covered storage is available too, and the office sells tape, boxes, and bubble wrap if you are mid-move and short on supplies. Reviews pile up around the staff. Shante and Loryn get named again and again for walking people through the app, the lock, and picking the right unit size without any attitude. Reviewers also call the place clean, and one noted it felt new. The online application gets mentioned as quick, which helps if you need something the same day. Not every review is glowing. One customer described other agents on duty as rude and unprofessional during a phone verification. Worth knowing before you go in. Ratings overall sit at 4.8 from 116 reviews. You can reserve online or stop by the office. Hours apply, so it is not a 24/7 front desk.
