CubeSmart Self Storage

About CubeSmart Self Storage

CubeSmart on Morgantown Road is a self-storage facility in Reading that also takes RVs, with covered storage among the options. The place is gated, has keypad entry at two gates, and cameras watching the grounds. Climate-controlled units are available if you want the rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Gabby comes up by name more than once, showing people around and cleaning out a unit before handing it over. Yogi got a mention for sorting out a gate passcode problem and calling back later to follow up. Others point to the variety of unit sizes and prices they found reasonable. Not every review is smooth. One person drove four hours from Maryland expecting an outside unit and got an inside one, and a gate keypad glitch left someone stuck. Staff fixed the gate issue on site. Units are wheelchair accessible from the parking lot. You can reserve online, and moving supplies like boxes and tape are sold at the office.
