About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits on E 5th St in Ontario, and the reviews mostly come back to the people. Names like David, Andrea and Dre show up again and again, with customers describing a staff that stays on top of reservations and walks you through the process before move-in day. There are covered storage options here, plus climate-controlled units. The property is gated and has security cameras. Reviewers also mention the facility being clean, and some of them point to competitive rates and a first month free. A few regulars have stuck around for years. The reviews are not all glowing. One longtime customer complained about price increases and weak security, saying they saw people living in units and trash in the hallways. Another mentioned a fire on the property. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you book.
