About CubeSmart Self Storage
This CubeSmart sits on E Bearss Ave in Lutz and stores more than household goods. The listings include covered and indoor spots, so you can pick how much roof you want over your rig. The lot is gated and watched by cameras. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 415 of them, and the names that keep coming up are Ashley, Nicole and Billy. People describe them as pleasant and quick to answer questions, and several mention being walked through the unit before signing. The property gets called clean and well maintained more than once. The one recurring complaint is rats, which shows up in review topics more often than anything else. Worth asking about pest control when you call. Climate-controlled units are mentioned, though at least one reviewer was rented one with a broken AC. Office hours apply, so it is not a 24/7 gate.
