About CubeSmart Self Storage
CubeSmart Self Storage sits at 3300 Park Rd in Benicia, and RV owners here get covered parking on a gated lot with security cameras watching the grounds. Reviewers repeatedly mention the staff by name, and the theme that comes up most is how courteous and helpful they are. One long-time renter says the current managers made a positive change, with the office open and questions actually getting answered. People describe booking as quick and the registration process as the most efficient they have dealt with. A few note that staff walked them through the space first so they knew what they were getting, and helped them get set up with the app. The units and grounds come up as clean in the reviews. Some reviewers mention the facility is older than nearby competitors. Another warned that a rate increase came sooner than expected after renting. Moving supplies like boxes, tape, and locks are sold on site, and the office is open set hours rather than around the clock.
