About Crossover Self Storage
Crossover Self Storage sits in Frostproof and runs as a self-storage facility that also takes motor vehicles and boats. Drive-up gated access is part of the setup, and units come in a range of sizes and rates. Online payments are available. Reviewers often mention how fast the staff get back to them. One person called in a rush and got a text back right away, and another tells of calling after dark and getting help with a stuck lock. Several mention Matt by name and say the new owners treat people well, including one long-time customer who says he showed real compassion at a hard moment. Others report their things stayed safe and undamaged over a year of storage. Not everything is settled. One reviewer says a promised security gate with a personal code system was announced in 2023 and still had not gone in two years later. The facility advertises no long-term contracts and a 10% discount for teachers, nurses, active duty military and law enforcement.
