About Country Storage
Country Storage in Rigby is a self-storage facility with a 4.4-star rating from 33 Google reviews. Many reviewers mention the owners are friendly and easy to work with, and several note the units are clean and free of mice or other pests. Rates come up often as reasonable. Access is 24/7, and the facility is manned by a 24/7 call center, with on-site help by appointment only. A few reviews strike a different tone. One person describes being double charged for two months and having trouble getting help by phone. Another mentions a rude interaction at the gate. These are outliers among mostly positive comments, but worth knowing. Long-term renters speak well of the place. One family rented for two years and found the staff accommodating and their belongings intact. Another has rented for several years and recommends it for the clean units and snow removal. If you want a straightforward storage spot in Rigby with owners who answer the phone, this one comes up often.
