About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits on US-70 in Whitsett, an easy stop off I-40 or I-85. The place offers climate controlled units and covered storage, and gates run on electronic access so tenants can get to their space around the clock. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, and Maria and Stacia come up by name. People describe the rental process as quick and easy, with one person saying the setup took under 15 minutes. Others mention being shown the unit before committing. The word kind shows up a lot, along with a welcoming feel at the front desk. Folks storing boats and water gear have a spot here too. Moving carts and dollies are on hand, and the office carries packing and moving supplies. Hours apply, so this is not a 24/7 office, but tenant gate access is. One reviewer flagged rate increases that come around every few months, so ask about that when you sign.
