About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Warren, just north of Detroit, and the lot takes more than boxes. Car, boat, RV and trailer storage are all listed alongside standard units, plus climate controlled space and a shelf of moving and packing supplies. Staff names come up again and again in the reviews. Carl gets called out for knowing the units and making the rental easy. Alexia is described as high energy and quick to sort out a problem. Reviewers also mention a warm greeting each visit and honest help keeping costs down. Cleanliness and price come up a lot too. People say the place stays well kept for its size and that rates beat other storage spots nearby. Truck drivers have left reviews calling the parking safe, clean and well run. One reviewer reported items missing from a unit and said management was told, so read the full reviews before you commit. The office keeps regular hours rather than staying open around the clock.
