About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Providence and draws RV owners from the city and nearby Pawtucket. It's a self-storage facility that also handles boats, so you can park your rig or your boat without hunting for a dedicated lot. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name. Lex, Chastity, and Felix come up often for being thorough and easy to talk to. People say the place is clean and the loading docks make moving day easier. Some reviewers mention rate increases every few months, which is worth knowing. Access hours get a nod, and you can rent a truck or van on site if you need one. Climate-controlled units are available if you want to keep your rig out of the Rhode Island weather.

What renters mention
“This place is clean, the people in the office are amazing. They have loading docks which makes moving so much easier. The only problem is that the company just like all the other companies, try to raise the rates every few months.” – Angelia, 5 months ago, on Google
“Service was great from start to finish. Lex the assistant manager was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made everything feel simple. I had a lot of questions going in and he took the time to walk me through everything without rushing me.” – Crisell C., 5 months ago, on Google
“My recent business with Compass has been excellent, the service and customer care has been above and beyond. Chastity in particular has been one of the most helpful people I've ever dealt with.” – Robert C., 5 months ago, on Google
