About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Ocala and handles more than boxes. RV, boat and car storage are all on the menu here, along with climate-controlled units and spots with drive-up or ground floor access. If you're parking a rig, that mix of vehicle and unit storage is worth a look. Reviews lean heavily on the staff, and employees like Chris and Jasmine come up by name. People describe quick, easy rentals and a friendly, helpful front desk, with one reviewer happy to find an actual person on site instead of a kiosk. Clean facilities and a safe feel get mentioned too. The practical stuff is covered: packing and moving supplies, dollies and carts, and online payments. Not every review glows, though. One customer complained about a late fee tied to a failed payment system. Worth reading the fine print on billing before you sign.
