About Compass Self Storage
Compass Self Storage sits in Natrona Heights and rents covered, indoor and outdoor space, with climate controlled units and room for boats, trailers and RVs. It is a self-storage facility first, so you get a gate code, an office, and staff on hand during hours rather than a bare lot. Reviewers talk about the people more than anything. Shannon walked one couple through rates and how renting works when they knew nothing about it. Brandon gets named for patience with first-timers. Patrick showed a customer to the unit, checked it over and made sure the gate code worked before they left. Several people mention how clean the place is, and one notes plenty of room for trucks to pull in. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer was charged a late fee over a few hours and called the outdoor units pricey for the weather protection you get. Worth reading both sides before you sign.
