About Coachella Valley Storage
This Indio storage spot has been leasing drive-up units and RV/boat storage for over a decade. It's a self-storage facility, so you get a secured lot with a gate, and reviewers often mention the size selection when picking a spot. Staff get a lot of love in the reviews. People call out Joshua, Gustavo, and Shannon by name for being courteous and helping with everything from lock demos to transfers and discounts. One reviewer found a unit twice the size for a third of the price elsewhere. The place is described as super clean more than once. A couple of longer-term customers left over access rules. One noted they couldn't get in after hours, which didn't work for their small business. Another got locked out on a Sunday when the office was supposed to be open. If you need 24/7 access, ask about the gate schedule before you sign.
