About Clemson Boulevard Mini Storage
Clemson Boulevard Mini Storage sits just off the highway in Pendleton, and reviewers keep mentioning the same things: the owners live on site, the place is spotless, and the prices are fair. One person has stored doll molds there for six or seven years without a bug problem. Another parked a boat and rented a unit for years with no issues. The site covers self-storage plus boat and RV parking, so there is room for rigs that do not fit in a garage. Reviewers talk about friendly staff and flexible month-to-month rentals. One furniture renter said their stuff came through eight months of storage in perfect shape, even without climate control. Others note the buildings are older but well maintained. Security comes up often, largely because the owners are right there. Staff get praised for being helpful, even when someone loses a key. It is a straightforward, well-kept spot for storage or parking near the lake and highway.
