About Citadel Self Storage
Citadel Self Storage on Ridge Road handles more than boxes. The place rents covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, and reviewers mention parking a large rig there alongside a storage unit. One customer called the whole process painless. It is a gated facility with alarm monitoring and climate control if you need it. Staff get the most praise. Reviewers name John, Chase, and Gavin as efficient, kind, and quick to return calls. People say the units are clean, the hallways well lit, and the site feels safe. A few liked being able to look at several unit sizes before picking one, and pricing was explained in detail. You can also rent U-Haul trailers, vans, and trucks here. Not every review is glowing. One person got a U-Haul stuck on an icy gate and couldn't reach anyone on the call button after hours. It's worth noting the gate can be slick in winter. The site is wheelchair accessible and hours apply, so it isn't open around the clock.
