About Bolt Storage
Bolt Storage sits on the State Street corridor in Hamden, close to central Hamden, North Haven, and the greater New Haven area. It is a gated, fenced facility with cameras and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. For RVs and other vehicles there is 10x18 outdoor parking. Indoor drive-up units run from 5x10 to 20x20 if you want your rig under cover, and there are smaller interior hallway-access units too. Leases are month to month, and a lock comes free with the rental. Reviewers mention the place being clean and well maintained, and several call out the staff by name for being pleasant and helpful. One renter said the online process went smoothly and a lock with keys was waiting in the unit. Another noted a rate increase was worked out after a phone call. The facility scores 4.6 from 103 Google reviews.
