About Big Guy Storage
Big Guy Storage sits in Greenville, Texas, and offers covered and outdoor storage for RVs. The place is gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 access, so you can get to your rig whenever you need. There's also climate control if you want it. Reviewers have mixed feelings. Some praise the quick setup, with one saying gate codes came by text in under a minute. Others mention clean units and helpful customer service when problems came up. But quite a few complain about extra fees, like required insurance, and say getting someone on the phone can take a while. If you're comparing prices, it's worth a call to ask about fees upfront. The online account access and on-site managers are handy, but a few folks have had billing mix-ups. Overall, it's a basic, secure spot with easy access, but read the fine print.

What renters mention
“Clean facility. Dislike the required insurance fee you have to pay in addition to the monthly rent amount. Would be nice to have a light in the unit for accessing at night. Had a problem with my reserved unit on my move in date.” – Misty S., Edited 7 months ago, on Google
“There was a mix-up when new owners took over & my storage was way behind, then my auto pay was also messed up so I owed a lot of money. After speaking to someone in customer service they took care of my issue immediately.” – Shelly H., a year ago, on Google
“Incredibly fast to get set up with a unit, codes to the gate and smart lock were texted to me within 30 seconds of completing the rental agreement.” – Midget R., 3 months ago, on Google
