About Best Value RV
Best Value RV in Krum, Texas, is listed as an RV dealer but also shows up as an auto body shop, RV repair shop, storage facility, and supply store. It's a place where you might store your rig, get it fixed, or shop for a camper. With a 3.7-star average from 113 Google reviews, the feedback is mixed. Reviewers often mention pricing, and not always in a good way. Some feel they got the runaround on financing or contract terms. One reviewer said a salesman promised a deal on a fifth wheel, then it fell through days later. Another drove 11 hours for a trailer described as having no water damage, only to find soft spots within minutes. On the other side, several people had quick, easy purchases and praised staff members by name for being respectful and knowledgeable. A few were surprised by a starter kit with hoses and toilet paper included with their RV. If you're considering storage or a purchase here, read the reviews closely and ask about the details that matter to you.
