About Best Storage South
Best Storage South runs six facilities across Anchorage, and it's locally owned. Folks have been renting units here for a long time, and reviewers tend to mention the same things: clean spaces, staff who work with you, and a process that moves fast. One person called from Bethel, reserved a unit over the phone, and said everything at move-in went quick and easy. Another family used multiple units for their business over the years and praised how accommodating the staff were when they downsized. A third said closing out came with no extra fees and they got to keep the lock. Reviews also flag the rates as reasonable, and one mentions being charged partial rent instead of a full month at exit. Not every note is glowing. One renter said getting in and out is awkward and you should plan the trip. The sites are gated, secured with cameras, and usually staffed during hours. If you have questions about a specific unit, the team is the place to start.
