About Best Self Storage
Best Self Storage in Springfield runs a straightforward operation. Reviewers mention security cameras inside and out, a gate on the side lot, and 24/7 access. One notes the setup is a drive-through building, which they found a little creepy but safe for their stuff. Staff get consistent praise for being helpful and patient, especially with payment arrangements. The place has been updated: new asphalt, fresh paint, new signage, and a rebuilt dock. A reviewer also flagged a mouse and leak issue in a few units, calling it negligible. You can rent online and pay bills through the website. Reviews are mixed but mostly positive, and the 4.4-star average from 15 reviews backs that up. If you have questions, calling the office is an option.
