About Benner Mini Storage
Benner Mini Storage sits just off Washington Blvd on Breen St, around the corner from Mor-Jon and Crescent City Fire and Rescue. It's a drive-up self storage spot in Del Norte County, and the operators say they've been part of the local community for decades. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how seriously security is handled. One person called it the cleanest and safest facility they've used in 70-some years, and another said the security system actually works. Several mention staff being proactive about bugs and rodents, with one long-term renter reporting no issues in four-plus years. People also write about the employees. A reviewer dealing with a sudden death in the family said the staff were kind and understanding while explaining what needed to be done. Another praised the service and the price on trailer storage. Units go by monthly rental, and the office handles online payments. Fair warning: demand is high. One reviewer waited three years for a second unit.
