About Beaver Storage
Beaver Storage sits in Avoca, just up the road from Rogers, and it takes RVs along with boats and household goods. You get outside parking, covered spots, and fully enclosed units, with climate control among the options. Reviewers bring up the manager, Brad, by name more than once, and the words are warm: personable, professional, willing to go out of his way. Others mention a clean, well-kept property, a gated lot, 24/7 access, and auto pay. One RV owner says it is the only place for him. Not every review is glowing. A tenant complained about a cat urine smell and said nothing was done after repeated notices. The rest of the feedback leans positive, and the rating sits at 4.4 from 39 reviews. You can rent and pay online, or call the staff.
