About Bay Storage LLC
Bay Storage LLC on Olympia's west side handles self-storage, U-Haul truck and trailer rentals, and moving supplies. The lot has security cameras, and reviewers often mention the staff being pleasant and helpful. One reviewer rented the largest unit for six months during a home sale and move. They praised the young man in the office for warm greetings and accurate, timely communication. Another came in for a U-Haul trailer and found the manager away for a wedding, but the gentleman covering the office was relatable and helpful. A third mentioned Thomas, Garrett, and a female employee who exceeded expectations. Not every visit went smoothly. One reviewer arrived for a scheduled U-Haul trailer pickup to find the office closed midday and had to leave without the rental. Another, after a family tragedy at the nearby park and ride, contacted Bay Storage about camera footage and did not get the answers they sought. Reviews also touch on cleanliness and safety.
