About Bacon Storage
Bacon Storage sits on Wildwood Drive in St. Augustine, and it handles more than just household goods. RV, boat and car parking is outdoor, on gravel, which reviewers say is easier on tires than dirt or grass. There is room to maneuver a big rig too. One reviewer with a 42-foot fifth wheel said the owner and manager rearranged spaces to fit it. Folks who left reviews call the place clean, well maintained and secure. Security cameras come up more than once, and one former law enforcement reviewer liked what they saw. Staff get named in reviews for being helpful, and Chris in the office gets credit for calling a customer about a scratch and offering to pull footage. Climate-controlled storage is available for things that don't do well in Florida heat and humidity, like furniture, electronics and documents. Payments can be made online, and reviewers mention receipts showing up after each one. One reviewer found it overpriced. Another noted that moving out requires 30 days' notice on the website or you get billed another month. Worth knowing before you sign.

What renters mention
“I had a 25 ft.RV there, the only reason I left is because I sold it. Bacon is a well kept and a very secure storage facility. Plenty of room to maneuver and your on gravel, which is better than dirt or grass for the tires.” – Jesse P., 5 years ago, on Google
“Incredibly helpful staff! Most places I called simply told me that they could not accommodate my fifth wheel because it is a bit over 42’ long. This was not a problem at Bacon Storage because of the owner and manager.” – Ian H., 5 years ago, on Google
“I would recommend Bacon Storage to anyone needing a storage unit. It is well maintained, they make it so easy to make payments and always send a receipt of payment so you know the payment has posted. Chris is amazing.” – Virginia L., 4 years ago, on Google
