About Avid Storage
Avid Storage on 10th Street in Little Rock has been in the self-storage business for over 20 years. The place is fenced and lit, with cameras on site and 24/7 access for tenants. Units come with climate control, and there is drive-up storage if you would rather park right at your door. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, calling them kind and helpful. One person said Jocelyn and her manager sorted out a billing mistake and refunded the incorrect amount. Another noted the facility is spotless and well-lit. People also bring up how easy it is to use the online system and how quickly they got set up. A few reviews mention small units and good value for the price. Not everything is perfect. A couple of reviewers had trouble reaching anyone by phone, and one complained about being billed after moving out. The office has hours, but the gate is open around the clock. If you need a climate-controlled unit in Little Rock with quick setup and helpful staff, this is worth a look.
