About Atlantic Self Storage
Atlantic Self Storage sits on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville, near Patton Park. It is a self storage facility that also handles car, boat and record storage. The place is gated and has cameras. Climate controlled units are available too. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Janice gets named more than once for helping people pick the right unit size and walking them through the process. One customer came in with a U-Haul and was out in under 30 minutes. Others mention reasonable rates and a location that is easy to get to. Not every review is glowing. Someone noted a rusty unit door and said their monthly cost went up twice in a year. A couple of people mentioned a broken gate. Still, 131 Google reviews average 4.4 stars. Services include moving dollies, packing supplies and online payments.

What renters mention
“Great customer service, no hidden fees or bait and switch type situation here. I’ve had 3 different cubesmart storage units over the last 10 years, after 6 months to a year they silently raise the price more and more without notice.” – Christopher S., 4 months ago, on Google
“They helped me out of a spot. My brother had passed and then my mother. I had to take a whole of furniture, papers and other stuff. I put as much as I could in my home. I needed more room. I rented a spot and filled it up.” – Tony F., 3 months ago, on Google
“After many years of storage with Atlantic Self Storage San Pablo I was able to relinquish my remaining unit. I found Janice to be the most delightful and helpful site manager. Made me a little sad to be leaving.” – Alison S., 4 months ago, on Google
