About Ankeny Mini Storage
Ankeny Mini Storage is a self-storage facility on the north side of Ankeny that also takes RVs and boats, not just household goods. The gate runs 24/7, so you can pull in after work or on a weekend without watching the clock. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 47 of them, and the theme that keeps coming up is the staff. People describe Jason as easy to talk to and willing to work on price, and one reviewer called the whole moving process the most pleasant part. Others mention the property being clean. Not everyone is sold. A few reviewers complain that nobody is on site to help, and one said they couldn't get a gate code and had no emergency number to call. Another reported ceiling insulation falling in their unit and no response after repeated calls. Worth reading the recent reviews before you sign.
