About Animas Mini Storage
Animas Mini Storage is a privately run spot in Durango, and the reviews make a point of saying so. One tenant who had used the name brand companies switched here and stayed past a year. Another has been renting for almost two decades. The owners live on the property, and renters keep mentioning them by name as helpful and watchful. The grounds are gated and lit, with 24/7 access. Reviewers describe the units and grounds as clean and the in and out easy while still feeling secure. One useful note from a long-term tenant: the outside lights are good, but bring a flashlight to see inside your unit after dark. If you want a smaller operation where you deal with the people who run it, this is the kind of place reviewers point to. The feedback leans on the management more than the buildings, and it's consistent.
