About American Self Storage
American Self Storage sits in Big Spring, Texas, and handles both regular self-storage and RV parking. The place has a 4.5-star average from 24 Google reviews. Most reviewers mention the staff. They call the managers friendly and helpful, and one person said they made the process quick and easy. Cleanliness comes up too, with more than one renter describing the facility as clean. A few repeat customers say they've rented here several times and always had good service. Not everyone is happy. One review says the security cameras don't work and warns about break-ins and rate increases without a written agreement. That's a single complaint among mostly positive feedback, but it's something to weigh if security is your main concern. Cameras are listed as an amenity.
