About American Self Storage #20
American Self Storage #20 is an Oklahoma-owned operation on the Moore side of things, part of a larger group with locations across Oklahoma and Wichita, KS. For RV owners, covered and indoor storage are both on the table, and boats are welcome too. They also rent U-Haul trucks and sell packing and moving supplies if you need them. The reviews mention the manager a lot, and mostly in a good way. One renter needed large, fully enclosed storage and said the manager set everything up quickly and kindly. Another has stayed for years and called the front-desk manager amazing after he fixed a stuck door in seconds. Others describe the property as clean, safe and spacious. Not every review is glowing. One customer renting a U-Haul said insurance was added to the agreement despite showing proof of coverage and asking to remove it. The district manager did call to apologize after a one-star review, and that customer said the problem was resolved. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
