About American Premier Storage
This is a self-storage facility in Jackson that also handles boat and RV parking. Units come climate-controlled or not, so you can pick what fits your rig and your budget. Cameras watch the property and the gate is secured. Reviews are mixed, and recent ones lean negative. Longtime renters say things changed when the place went remote: no manager on site, trouble reaching anyone by phone, and a payment system that gave some people grief. A few mention the gate being down. Others had a smooth move-in, and staff helpfulness comes up often in the feedback. Online payments and packing supplies are part of the setup. If you want a person to talk to before you commit, ask how that works now.

What renters mention
“When I first moved in there was already some else's items in my unit. My friend and I moved all of their stuff to another unit and I notified a representative. They kindly were able to make up for the inconvenience on my first bill.” – Amadi D., 2 years ago, on Google
“First off I just want to say the service is amazing! The manager, Tyler, was very sweet and she helped me when I desperately needed a storage unit after just buying my new house.” – Jill C., 4 years ago, on Google
