About American Mini Storage
American Mini Storage is a locally owned outfit on the south side of Brevard County, open since May 1996. Along with regular self storage and mailbox rentals, they take RV, boat and auto parking. The grounds are gated and have security cameras. Reviewers mention feeling secure leaving their rigs there, and several call the place clean and well kept. The office gets consistent praise too. Ashley comes up by name for being friendly and following through, and Brenda gets a nod for making access easy. One person said they'd rent again. Not every review glows. One renter called the facility adequate rather than the best run, pointing to people living on site and water pooling on the drive. Worth a walk around before you commit to a spot.
