About Almeda Self Storage
Almeda Self Storage is a gated facility in Houston where management lives on site and patrols often. An RV owner who reviewed it noted space to park a rig in the back, and there is room for boats too. Entry runs on a pin, and units lock from the inside, hallways included. Reviews run both ways. Some people call the staff respectful and accommodating, and one long-time customer said the place has been painless from day one after switching from the national chains. Others have complained about rude phone calls over late fees and cheap wooden unit doors. The gate is described as dated, and renovations were underway. Fair pricing comes up more than once, along with praise for individual managers and front desk workers who followed through on calls. If you want a small, locally run lot for an RV, it is worth a look. Online payments and climate-controlled units are listed among the services.
