About All Purpose Storage
All Purpose Storage sits in Delaware, Ohio, near Ohio Wesleyan University. It's a fenced, gated facility, and reviewers point to the heavy gate and pin code entry when they talk about feeling secure. One noted wide lanes and marked building numbers, plus a pressure plate that lets several vehicles through at once, which helps if you're pulling a trailer. The staff come up often in reviews. People describe them as friendly and easy to work with, and one reviewer said a team member stayed late to get them rented. Another told a story about a U-Haul mix-up that got sorted out anyway. A few mention the grounds feel outdoorsy, with cobwebs and insects turning up inside units. Drive-up access and 24-hour unit access are listed, along with moving carts, packing supplies and online payments. The site has a 4.5 rating across 34 Google reviews.

What renters mention
“Not a storage customer but reviewing for customer service. I made a huge mistake and had a U-Haul dropped off here (not even an authorized dealer...duh on my part). Called and made arrangements to get the key out of locbox.” – Megan R., a year ago, on Google
“Great place. Wide lanes to navigate. Easily marked numbers on all the buildings. Seems to be extremely secured. Nice heavy gate that requires a pin code to enter and to exit.” – Matthew M., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Gave a 4 because place is very outdoorsy. The inside door of my unit has cobwebs and dirt robber nests bad. Then 3 days later came to unit to find 3 wasps swarming inside. I'm highly allergic. Also pricey for the quality.” – Renee L., 6 years ago, on Google
