About Alcoa Road Storage
If you're in Benton and need a spot for your rig, Alcoa Road Storage offers outdoor parking for RVs along with boat and auto storage. The facility is gated with camera monitoring and wide drive lanes that make it easier to swing a trailer or a big Class A through. They also have self-storage units, some climate controlled, if you need to stash gear. Reviews are mostly positive, with a 4.4 rating from 37 Google reviews. People often call out how clean the place is and how kind the staff and new managers are. One long-term user said the owner went above and beyond when they had questions. Another reviewer appreciated that the owner stayed open late to help them get a climate-controlled unit on short notice. A few reviews mention problems: one person found moisture in their unit after rain, and another noted two payment increases within five months. Also, road construction nearby made access difficult for one reviewer. It's worth asking about current rates and unit condition when you call.
