About Albany Secure Storage
Albany Secure Storage offers both indoor units and outdoor parking for boats, RVs, and other vehicles. The lot is fenced and well lit, with 24/7 video surveillance covering the grounds. Heated units are available if you want your rig out of the weather. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Sophia in the office comes up again and again, described as kind, helpful, and quick to solve problems. People mention she stayed past closing to help one customer move in. Others say the facility is clean and well kept. One reviewer who has been on autopay for years notes the rent has gone up more than once. The site had a gate issue after office hours for another customer, resolved the next morning. The office also sells packing and moving supplies.
