About Ace Storage
Ace Storage is a self storage yard in Knoxville that also takes boats and RVs. Access runs 24 hours, and one reviewer noted there were no extra fees for it. Renters mention the rates as some of the cheapest around town. The same person has run the place for years, according to reviews, and people keep coming back to him. They call him friendly, down to earth, and easy to deal with, and one long-term renter said she has never had a problem in over two years. Another reviewer praised Jason for being an excellent communicator. A couple of reviews point out rough edges. Late fees do exist but are described as lenient. Getting in and back out onto the road takes some figuring out now. And the parking lot could use some work. The facility notes it is not associated with Crossfit.
