About Ace Storage Center
Ace Storage Center sits in the Heights area of Billings, and reviewers keep mentioning the same things: clean grounds, lit units, and staff who are polite and easy to work with. One person storing a car for the winter said the team helped pick the right size and even drove them home after backing the car in. Vehicle storage comes up often in the reviews. One customer parked at Ace instead of the airport and said it saved them money, with a ride to and from the airport included. Another said the staff starts their truck once a month and calls if it has trouble starting in the cold. Most reviews are positive, though one long-time customer changed their review after a billing problem and a phone call they felt was handled poorly. The facility is lit, and reviewers describe the units as clean and secure.
