About AB Self Storage
AB Self Storage is a self-storage and boat/RV storage facility on the self-storage side of things in Chico. Reviewers call the grounds clean and secure, and one long-term tenant said the place is immaculate. Gate hours are 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., so plan your pull-in around that. People who leave reviews tend to mention the staff. One calls the owners and operators respectful and understanding, and another calls them professional and polite while keeping a homey feel in the office. A long-term tenant praised Celeste and the team by name and said the pricing was the best they found. Easy access comes up too. Not everyone is happy. Some negative reviews focus on billing and payment: past-due balances on autopay, and a dispute over prorated refunds when someone moved out. Others describe a change to lock rules under new ownership. Worth reading through the reviews yourself before you sign.
