About A-Storage Place
A-Storage Place is a self-storage facility in Lubbock that also lists boat and RV storage among its categories. Reviewers call the place clean and secured, and a few mention feeling safe coming and going with valuables inside. One noted the gates get locked outside the posted hours, which frustrated them more than once. Staff get most of the kind words. Gerri, McKenzie, Justin and Michael all come up by name, and one reviewer described Michael helping with a trailer connection and calling mechanics. Another moved over from a pricier facility for the same size unit. The booking process drew praise for being straightforward, and locks are provided. Not every review is warm. One person said they gave notice well ahead of moving out and kept getting charged. Another said a call about unit pricing ended with the phone hung up on them. Weigh those against the 4.3 rating from 24 reviews. Online payments and moving carts are offered.
